Regulated utility and transportation companies are required to complete and submit annual reports and pay regulatory fees by May 1 of each year. Failure to meet these requirements may result in penalties or cancellation of operating authority.
Companies seeking to claim confidential treatment for any part of their annual report must follow the requirements of WAC 480-07-160(3).
