UTC enters its final order on a complaint by Kenneth L. Binkley against Salmon Shores RV Park and Puget Sound Energy

On February 10, 2011, the Commission issued Order 03 - Final Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Commission Staff Petition for Review of Order 02.

The UTC has set a prehearing conference for December 3, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., on a complaint by Kenneth L. Binkley against Salmon Shores RV Park and Puget Sound Energy. The complaint alleges that Salmon Shores is reselling electricity at rates higher than authorized by PSE Tariff Schedule 24 E-C. (Docket 091531, see "Documents" link below for more information).

Puget Sound Energy filed an answer to the complaint on October 19, 2009.
