The commission has amended and adopted rules in WAC 480-75, reflecting changes in RCW Title 80 and 81 resulting from the passage of Substitute Sentate Bill 5225 during the 2007 legislative session. The adoption order and rules were filed with the Code Reviser on May 30, 2008, and will be effective on the 31st day following filing.
