Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy -- for transportation companies.
 



The Commission adopted by reference the federal safety standards relating to drug and alcohol testing for drivers of commercial vehicles. Those rules require each company to adopt and have on file a policy related to drug and alcohol testing. The rules require that the policy meets specific standards. The attached document meets the requirements stated in the rules. Companies are free to copy and adopt this policy as their own, making amendments as required (e.g., placing their company name in the blank spaces indicated.)
