101970	Camano Hills Water Company – Line Extension Contract. Update of developer-financed water service contract to serve a multi lot domestic parcel with five (5) equivalent residential units (ERUs). The contract is modified to remove facilities charges which have already been paid and remove an administrative fee which is not part of the current tariff. The company serves 178 residential and upsize meter customers in Island County.
090421	Developer-financed water system extension agreement between Camano Hills Water Company and Island County Fire District No. 1 for two equivalent residential units (ERU) and fire protection services. The cost will be equally shared with a second developer. Additionally, a late comer provision will apply to future connections for a period of ten years.
081041	Developer-financed Line Extension Contract to serve 11 additional lots for the 11 Lot PRD Project. The contract is with TMCK Camano, LLC. Contract is for about 1,400 feet of six inch class 50 ductile iron water main to include fire hydrants and assorted valves and other appurtenances. Contract includes a reimbursement provision where the company will reimburse the project for $2,000 per equivalent single-family residential unit actually supplied through service connections made to the water main extension for a period of 10 years. All other charges to be applied are in the company’s current tariff.

Contract is for 1,400 feet of eight-inch ductile iron pipe to include at least one fire hydrant and assorted valves, and other appurtenances. Contract includes a ten-year pro-rata reimbursement agreement for future customers served from the developer’s water main extension.
070683	Developer-financed Line Extension Contract with Geoffrey H. Anderson to serve the plat of North Point Development for $1,842,452. Contract is for water main extension of 19,440 feet of eight-inch ductile iron pipe, internal plat water system of 1,335 eight-inch ductile iron pipe, pressure and transfer station, increased source of water supply, and other appurtenances. Contract includes a ten-year reimbursement agreement for $2,000 each by future customers served from the developer’s water main extension.
