Customer Notice Requirements

Under UTC rules, natural gas, electric and traditional local telephone companies must publish and distribute a notice of the proposed increase in one of the following ways:

1. Customer Notice Requirements for Gas, Electric & Some Local Telephone Companies

2. Customer Notice Requirements for Competitive Telephone Companies
